SceneSeed (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an iOS application that allows you to create AI-generated photos and videos from images and text descriptions.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use SceneSeed, generate and access content, purchase diamonds, subscribe to paid features, or contact us. It also explains the use of Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”) and your privacy choices.
1. Information We Collect and Process1.1 Photos, Videos, and Creative Inputs
When you select a photo, enter a text prompt, or submit generation settings, we process that information to create the result you request.
Generated photos, videos, and associated work references are stored on our servers to deliver your results and make them available to you.
Selecting a photo does not give us permission to access unrelated content in your photo library.
1.2 User Identifiers
We process the user identifier associated with your use of SceneSeed to distinguish your records from those of other users and associate your generated works, purchases, subscription entitlements, and diamond balance with you.
A user identifier may remain linked to you even if it does not contain your real name, email address, or phone number.
1.3 Purchases and Subscription Information
Apple processes payments for in-app purchases and subscriptions. We receive and process transaction information necessary to verify purchases and provide the corresponding benefits.
This information may include:

• Purchased product or subscription identifier.
• Transaction and original transaction identifiers.
• Purchase and verification status.
• Subscription purchase, renewal, and expiration dates.
• Renewal, cancellation, refund, or revocation status.
• Subscription entitlements and purchase-related benefits.

We do not receive your full payment-card number, card security code, or bank-account credentials.
1.4 Diamond Balances and Consumption Records
We store diamond balances and consumption records on our servers to issue diamonds, deduct the applicable generation costs, maintain accurate balances, and resolve crediting or deduction issues.
1.5 Device Identifiers and Advertising Measurement
With your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (“ATT”) framework, we may collect and use your device’s IDFA for advertising attribution and campaign measurement.
For these purposes, IDFA may be processed with limited attribution information, such as campaign references and app installation or launch events, to determine whether an advertisement led to use of SceneSeed.
IDFA is a device advertising identifier. It does not by itself provide us with your name, email address, or payment-card details.
1.6 Support Communications
If you contact us, we receive your email address and any messages, transaction references, or attachments you provide. We use this information to respond to your request and investigate the reported issue.
Please do not send your Apple Account password or full payment-card details.
2. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes.
App Functionality

• Process generation requests.
• Deliver, store, and provide access to generated works.
• Associate works and service records with the correct user.
• Verify purchases and subscriptions.
• Activate and maintain subscription entitlements.
• Issue diamonds and record their consumption.
• Resolve purchase, balance, and service issues.
• Provide customer support.
• Protect the service against unauthorized transactions and abuse.
• Meet applicable legal obligations.

Advertising Attribution and Measurement
Subject to your tracking permission and any additional consent required by law, we use IDFA and limited attribution information to measure the effectiveness of advertising promoting SceneSeed.
Your private photos, videos, and prompts are not used for advertising targeting or shared with advertising partners as advertising content.
3. Information Linked to You
Your user identifier, generated works, purchase history, subscription entitlements, diamond balance, and consumption records may be associated with your use of SceneSeed.
When you authorize tracking, IDFA and related attribution records may be associated with your device. Removing a name or email address does not necessarily make such records anonymous.
Association of information with you for service operation is distinct from using information for tracking.
4. IDFA, Tracking, and Your Choices
Before accessing IDFA or engaging in tracking covered by Apple’s ATT framework, SceneSeed requests your permission through the iOS tracking authorization prompt.
If you authorize tracking, IDFA and limited attribution information may be shared with advertising or measurement partners and matched with advertising interactions from other companies’ apps or websites to attribute installations and measure campaign performance.
If you decline permission:

• We do not access IDFA for tracking.
• We do not use another identifier to bypass your tracking choice.
• We do not use device fingerprinting to identify or track you.
• You can continue using SceneSeed’s features, subject to the same applicable purchase and subscription requirements.

You may change your choice in:
iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → SceneSeed
Withdrawing permission stops future tracking that depends on that permission. It does not automatically delete previously processed information. You may contact us to request deletion where applicable.
We do not sell or rent personal information to data brokers. Where applicable law treats advertising-related disclosure as “sharing” or a “sale,” you may exercise the corresponding opt-out rights by disabling tracking and contacting us.
ATT permission does not replace any additional notice or consent required by applicable law.
5. AI Processing and Generated Works
SceneSeed uses AI models to process your inputs and produce requested results. Models may be developed or licensed by other organizations. Using a model developed by another organization does not, by itself, mean that its developer receives your information.
Where an external AI processing service is used, the inputs and generation settings necessary to fulfill the request may be transmitted to that service. We provide notice of the receiving provider and relevant processing before such sharing and obtain permission where required.
Content processing is limited to providing the requested generation and delivery features. This policy does not authorize unrelated advertising, tracking, or general-purpose model training using your private photos, videos, or prompts.
Generated works remain stored on our servers after generation so that we can deliver them and provide access. Downloading a work to your device does not automatically remove the server copy.
You can manage applicable photo permissions in iOS Settings and delete local copies through your device’s controls.
6. Subscriptions, One-Time Purchases, and Diamonds
SceneSeed supports paid subscriptions and one-time consumable diamond purchases through Apple’s App Store.
The price, subscription period, included benefits, and any introductory offer are displayed before you confirm a purchase. Subscription benefits and diamond allocations are determined by the offer you select.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple Account before the applicable renewal. Apple handles billing and renewal under the purchase terms presented to you.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through:
iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → SceneSeed
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access generally continues until the end of the applicable paid period, subject to Apple’s handling of refunds, revocations, and special offers.
One-time diamond purchases are separate transactions and do not themselves create a subscription. After successful verification, the corresponding diamonds are credited to you. Diamonds are consumed when you use the applicable generation features.
We process subscription and transaction records to verify entitlement status, apply benefits, maintain balances, and resolve purchase issues.
Deleting SceneSeed, deleting generated works, or submitting a privacy deletion request does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through Apple.
Refund requests are handled through Apple under its policies and applicable law.
7. Information Sharing
We disclose information only for the purposes described in this policy, including the following circumstances.
Service Operation
Providers supporting AI processing, hosting, storage, or content delivery may process the information needed to perform their service role on our behalf. Their access is limited to the relevant service purposes and subject to appropriate privacy and security obligations.
Advertising and Measurement
With the required permission, advertising and attribution partners may receive IDFA and limited attribution information for the purposes described in Section 4. This permission does not authorize them to receive your private creative content for advertising purposes.
Apple
Apple processes App Store payments and subscription management under its own terms and privacy policy. We process the limited transaction information needed to fulfill purchases and maintain entitlements.

Your Instructions and Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or when required by applicable law or valid legal process.
We may also disclose information to the extent reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect service security, or establish or defend legal claims, subject to applicable law.
8. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for its stated purpose or an applicable legal obligation.

• Input photos and prompts: for processing generation requests and resolving related processing issues.
• Generated works: for delivering results and providing access to stored content, subject to applicable deletion requests.
• User identifiers: for associating service records with the correct user.
• Purchase and subscription records: for verification, entitlement management, transaction disputes, and legally required recordkeeping.
• Diamond balances and consumption records: for maintaining balances and resolving discrepancies.
• IDFA and attribution records: for the disclosed advertising measurement purposes, subject to permission changes and applicable deletion rights.
• Support correspondence: for responding to requests and resolving related issues.

We determine retention based on the information’s purpose, whether the relevant service or dispute remains active, and applicable legal requirements.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous. Any residual backup copies remain protected and are removed through the applicable backup lifecycle rather than used for new processing purposes.
9. Your Rights and Deletion Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:

• Access or obtain a copy of your personal information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Withdraw consent.
• Opt out of applicable advertising-related sharing.
• Lodge a complaint with a relevant privacy authority.

Please provide a relevant user, work, or transaction reference where available. We may request limited information to verify your authority to make the request.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If certain records must be retained for legal obligations or other legally permitted reasons, we will explain the applicable limitation.
Deleting a local file or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete server-stored information. Deleting a generated work does not itself refund a purchase or restore consumed diamonds.
If deletion affects the records needed to provide access to works, balances, or subscription benefits, we will explain that consequence when handling the request. Deleting records does not cancel billing through Apple.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information processed through SceneSeed, including safeguards appropriate to transmission, storage, and access.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Processing
Depending on the infrastructure and providers involved, information may be processed outside your country of residence.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and related protections.
12. Children’s Privacy
SceneSeed is not directed to children under 13 or below any higher minimum age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age without legally required authorization. We do not knowingly use children’s information for advertising tracking.
If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact query@shazatole.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in features, information practices, or legal requirements.
We will update the date shown above and provide additional notice where required. If a change requires consent, we will obtain it before beginning the affected processing.
